1. Using our services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Home Solutions. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or booking a service.

2. Bookings and payments

All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by our service professionals. Prices shown are estimates and may change based on the scope of work after on-site assessment. Payment is processed securely after the job is completed to your satisfaction.

3. Service professionals

Service professionals listed through Home Solutions are independent contractors, not employees of Home Solutions. We vet and insure all pros, but you are responsible for inspecting and approving work performed in your home.

4. Happiness guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 72 hours and we will work to make it right, including re-service or refund at our discretion.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
